Order Processing

Online orders placed during business hours before 15:00 PST will be processed the next business day and shipped within three business days upon credit card approval.

Orders placed during non-business hours will be processed the next business day and shipped within five business days upon credit card approval.

Shipping Method

We will use Canada Post or an alternative shipper to ship within Canada. A confirmation email will be sent to you when you order has been processed. A second email with tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $200 before tax and after all discounts. Free shipping will be applied automatically at check out. Other restrictions may apply.

Important! Canada Post does not deliver to post office boxes.

We are not responsible for any delayed shipments, or lost/stolen packages.

Pickup At Store

If you reside in Vancouver and would like to pick up your order from our store, please choose pickup at store as your shipping option.

Once the order is processed and ready for pick up, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our store is located at 2263 West 41st Avenue, Vancouver BC. Pick-up hours are Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm excluding public holidays.

International Orders

We offer free shipping on orders over $300 to the US, $600 to France and $500 to China.  For orders and shipping outside these countries, please contact us directly by email at [email protected]. We will let you know the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes upon receipt of goods.

No returns, exchange only. We will accept exchanges in store only within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

All items exchanged must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. Receipts must be presented upon all exchanges.

All accessories, onesies, pyjamas, shoes and toys are final sale. 

No price adjustment on previously purchased items.

Discounted or Sale Merchandise

All discounted or marked down items are final sale.
